Our Villa
The high ceilings throughout the house are carefully decorated with distinguished architectural forms in which the hot/cold air conditioning grilles go unnoticed. The walls, which have been recently painted, stand out for their stuccoes and top quality Italian paints. Some of the walls have been played with by covering them with mirrors in smoky tones that reflect the colors of the sea throughout the different lights of the day.
The natural stone or wooden floors provide an unparalleled feeling of thermal comfort thanks to the underfloor heating installed even in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. The spacious OTIS elevator can accommodate up to 4 people. The interior partition walls are solid and of special thickness, which provides maximum privacy to each room.
The house is fully automated thanks to a state-of-the-art home automation system that controls the opening of doors and blinds, the thermal regulation by heat/cold grids or the underfloor heating and the turning on of lights, among other functions. It also has an alarm system connected to a central station, piped music, dimmable and intelligent lights, 600 megas fiber optics, WiFi in all rooms and a basic gym equipped with a professional treadmill.
The terrace at the living-dining room level stands out not only for its generous dimensions, but also for its careful finishes. Elegant and resistant encapsulated wood planks of the prestigious Timbertech brand in natural tones have been installed, impeccably integrated with the iridescent tiles of the overflowing pool and the natural stone of the facade. The infinity pool, recently built and facing south and west, is designed for relaxation with a jacuzzi and sun lounger area plus a beach area to enjoy a magical sunset.
